  • Every neighborhood is scheduled accordingly based on our current routes. We will schedule your dog to be seen within a 2-hour window which allows us any delay from prior dogs, traffic, or even weather if available for your area and desired time-frame.

  • Our go to leashes are coupler leashes , slip leashes and/or EasyWalk Harnesses which offers the best safety, control, and structure for all of our Paw Pals.

  • It depends on the time slot and neighborhood. Most pack walks could consist or 3-4 dogs. We also evaluate and asses all dogs’ behavior and comfortability before joining them along pack walks to ensure that they are properly introduced to the pack on our walk adventures. For first time paw pals, we like to dedicate individual sessions with them to build confidence and obedience while observing any behaviors that need reconditioning which will better serve the dog and their paw-rents.

  • Our walks are between 20-30 minutes long. For first time Paw Pals, we evaluate their stamina and pace which helps us determine whether they start off with 15-20 or the full 30 minutes and slowly build up their conditioning if they become regular walkers. For puppies, we keep their walks at 15-20 minutes max to prevent them from being overworked at a young age.

  • This is a common concern and from our experience we love sharing how to properly introduce dogs, how to observe their body language queues, and how we as “the handler” should approach these introductions. We always dedicate individual sessions in the beginning with your paw pal(s) to asses their personality and behaviors on walks before introducing to other pack members.

ABOUT BOARDING

  • Our in-home Boarding is limited to our weekly walk customers as an amenity for their loyal subscription. While we do accept outside requests, space is not guaranteed. Learn more about our services here.

  • We require a meet & greet before any dog is registered with us. We also prioritize our availability to our clients that regularly subscribe to our walking services , so space is very limited. Due to our weekly pack walking schedules, we normally do meet & greets on weekends, so unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to board your paw pal in such a short notice. But once they’re registered with us, we can accommodate last-minute requests (based on availability of space). There are some larger facilities nearby that we’d be happy to recommend.

Charlie’s Paw Pals is AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about how they treated my baby and me. They go above and beyond for your beloved pet and treat them like their own. My dog has never stayed with anyone besides family and I was so nervous to leave him with someone else, but they helped put those nerves to easy. Not only did he get interaction, exercise and love all day, but they sent me photo updates every day (which I loved) and are very responsive. Don’t bring your pet to any other boarding service or location. These people really love animals and it shows. Highly recommended!
