TERMS OF SERVICE

We value our relationship with each and every one of our clients and always strive to be as flexible as possible. Due to the growing demand for boarding space, walk schedules, and other services, the following Terms of Service will go into effect beginning January 1, 2024. Please review and acknowledge, thank you in advanced!

PAYMENTS

  • Invoices will be sent out to the email address we have on file.

  • All service invoices must be paid on the due date, prior to the date of service.

  • Any unpaid invoice may interrupt/delay the scheduled service.

  • Any outstanding invoices unpaid may be subject to a $5 late fee

BOARDING SERVICES

  • Boarding services are an amenity to our clients that subscribe to our walk services regularly. Space is limited to outside requests.

  • When requesting boarding, please provide the request dates, please review our check-in/check-out times, and any pick-up/drop-off services needed for your Paw Pal(s).

  • Early check-in & extended check-out are by request and by approval only by Charlie’s Paw Pals.

  • A storage fee of $10 per item will apply for large food containers or bags that are provided for boarding services of 1-7 days. Please review our boarding requirements here for more info. Please review our boarding preparation guidelines here.

  • Early request may be submitted no earlier than 6-weeks of reservation dates for non-holiday dates and no earlier than 8-weeks for holiday dates. You can review our holiday schedule here and our request for boarding policy here.

DEPOSITS

  • For dog boarding services of three (3) nights or more, a 50% deposit will be required by the due date specified on your invoice.

  • Reservation space will ONLY be held upon receipt of deposit unless otherwise discussed prior with Charlie’s Paw Pals. Space is not guaranteed without initial deposit.

  • All invoices must be paid in full (3) days prior to the start of your dog’s reservation.

DOG BOARDING SERVICES (3 NIGHTS OR MORE)

  • For non-holiday stays: A 72-hour cancellation notice is required before the reservation start date. Cancellations made less than 72-hours of the service start date will be subject to the initial deposit being forfeited*.

  • For holiday stays: A 5-day cancellation notice is required before the reservation start date. Any cancellations made less than 5-days will be subject to the initial deposit being forfeited*.

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for early returns and/or pick-ups.

DOG WALKS, DROP-INS, AND DAYCARE SERVICES

  • Any non-holiday scheduled service cancelled/rescheduled under 24-hours will be subject to a $5 dollar cancellation fee and $10 dollars for holidays/after-hours services. Any repeat offense will be subject to an increased cancellation fee or forfeit of the day’s service payment.

*Cancellation fees may be waived if it is due to severe medical emergencies, weather warnings, travel delays or at the discretion of Charlie's Paw Pals.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Communication our are from 9am - 8pm daily M-F, 10am - 7pm weekends. Please be patient as we may be attending to various Paw Pals that may delay response times during these hours, thank you.

  • Traveling internationally? We use WhatsApp with the same number.
